FAQs

Artwork & File Preparation

What format does my artwork need to be in?

We accept PNG, SVG, PDF, or high-resolution JPEG files. PNG is preferred because it supports transparency and keeps the edges sharp.

What size should my artwork be?

Upload it at the size you want it printed. We recommend 300 DPI for the cleanest detail.

Can you print tiny or intricate details?

Yes — our printers capture micro-details with ease. Just make sure your artwork isn’t blurred.

Can you print full-colour photos?

Absolutely. Gradients, shadows, and photographs print beautifully with DTF.

What happens if my artwork isn’t high resolution?

We can print it, but it might appear soft or pixelated. If it’s very low quality, we’ll contact you before printing.

Will there be white edges around my design?

No. Our software trims your artwork cleanly, so you get a precise edge with no unwanted white outline.

Can you help fix or recreate my artwork?

Yes. We offer artwork clean-up and redrawing if needed (fees may apply).

Printing, Colours & Materials

How many prints will I get on a gang sheet?

As many as you can fit — we print exactly what you upload.

Do you offer A4 or A3 sheets?

We mainly produce roll-based gang sheets, but we offer our media with, by a quarter, and half a metre.

Will my colours match what I see on screen?

Screens vary, but we aim to get as close as possible. For brand colours, provide HEX, RGB, or Pantone values.

Can you colour-match specific shades?

Yes — send us the colour code and we’ll match it as closely as DTF allows.

What type of printers do you use?

We use professional industrial DTF systems for consistent, commercial-grade results.

What film, ink, and powder do you use?

Premium matte hot-peel film, high-vibrancy inks, and low-residue adhesive powder for flawless durability.

Ordering & Turnaround

What is your turnaround time?

Most orders are printed within 24 hours. Larger orders may require slightly more time, but we prioritise fast, reliable delivery.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If your job isn’t printed yet, we can amend it. Once it’s on film, changes aren’t possible — please double-check uploads before finalising.

Applying DTF Transfers

How do I apply FastDTF heat transfers?

  1. Pre-press for 5 seconds.

  2. Press at 150°C (cotton), 130°C (polyester) for 5 seconds.

  3. Peel hot or cold.

  4. Optional: Re-press for 5 seconds for extra durability.

Can I use a household iron to apply DTF transfers?

No. A heat press is required for correct pressure and temperature.

What can DTF transfers be applied to?

Cotton, polyester, blends, nylon, canvas, tote bags, hoodies, and more.

Why isn’t my transfer sticking properly?

Usually due to:

  • Not enough pressure

  • Wrong temperature

  • Not pre-pressing

  • Garment moisture
Follow our guide for flawless adhesion.

Storage, Care & Longevity

How should I store my DTF transfers?

Keep them in a cool, dry place, away from sunlight. Store flat and sealed to prevent moisture issues.

What are the aftercare instructions?

Wash inside out, low temperature, and avoid tumble drying if possible. Our transfers are tough, but gentle washing increases lifespan.
