Shipping policy
At FastDTF, we work hard to get your prints delivered quickly and safely. Below is our full shipping policy so you know exactly what to expect.
Processing Times
Standard DTF & Gang Sheets
Most orders are printed and dispatched within 24 hours (Monday–Friday).
Large or Bulk Orders
Larger quantity orders may require additional production time depending on workload and order size, however we always prioritise fast turnaround.
If there’s any unexpected delay, we’ll notify you as soon as possible.
Orders placed after 12pm will be processed the next working day.
Please note, our 12pm cut-off time is for priority next working day dispatch and is subject to workload, quantity ordered and courier performance.
We do not print or ship on weekends or bank holidays.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We use reliable UK couriers to ensure safe and speedy delivery.
UK Shipping
- Next Working Day Delivery* available on eligible orders placed before 12pm
- Priority Pre-12 Delivery* available on eligible orders placed before 12pm
* Whilst our courier services have a very high success rate, delivery dates are not guaranteed. Once parcels leave our premises, they are in the hands of the courier and delays can occasionally occur.
Once dispatched, tracking information will be sent via email.
Damaged, Lost, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives:
- Damaged
- Incorrect
- Missing items
- Lost in transit
Please contact us immediately at orders@fastdtf.co.uk with your order number and photos where applicable.
We will investigate and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or reprint.
Shipping Address Issues
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We cannot refund or replace orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been dispatched, we may still be able to amend the address.
